A Starseed is a person who believes they originated from another planet or dimension and incarnated on Earth to fulfill a specific mission, often involving healing or guiding humanity. The term suggests an individual whose soul has traveled from a different realm to contribute to the Earth's evolution.​

Many Starseeds can feel overwhelmed, stuck and lost on Earth. Sometimes, just knowing where your soul originates from can shift the weight, allowing life to flow a little easier and gives more understanding about why you feel how you do and what your mission really is on Earth. The goals you set yourself in this life may be to uplift humanity, or it may be more personal and karmic.

On the contrary, some Starseeds seem to fly through life, manifesting love and abundance at every turn.
